The first movement of Johann Sebastian Bach’s Solo for Flute, composed around 1720, is presented here in an electronic arrangement of 13 minutes full of contrasts – with variations in tempo, timbres and in the overall feeling of the piece.
This single was recorded in February 2015, in Santarém, Pará, to be played during a fashion show of the exhibition “Surface Design in the Amazon“, a project by Luciana Leal, also the author of the cover art. To record it, I used only a Maschine MK1 controller.

O primeiro movimento do Solo para Flauta Transversal, de Johann Sebastian Bach, composto por volta de 1720, é aqui apresentado num arranjo eletrônico de 13 minutos cheios de contrastes – com variações no andamento, nos timbres e no próprio clima da peça.
O single foi gravado em fevereiro de 2015, em Santarém, Estado do Pará, para ser tocado durante um desfile de moda com peças de vestuário confeccionadas a partir dos tecidos da exposição “Design de superfície na Amazônia”, projeto de Luciana Leal, também a autora da arte da capa. Para gravá-lo, usei unicamente um controlador Maschine MK1.
